When do you need to resize an image?

Keep the ratio or stretch?
With Keep ratio on, the picture is scaled without distortion, so faces and logos never look squashed. Turn on Stretch to fit only when a form demands an exact width and height.
Will resizing make my photo blurry?
Making a photo smaller keeps it sharp. Making it larger cannot add detail that is not in the original, so big enlargements look soft. Start from the largest original you have.
